We are based in East London and we are offering local free delivery to the following areas:

We aim to deliver your olive oil Monday to Friday between 6PM and 8PM and Saturday between 10AM and 6PM, 48 hours from when you place the order.

Where do you ship?

For the time being we only ship within UK using Parcel2Go tracked service.   

How long does the order take to arrive?

All orders are posted daily before 10am and they normally take up to four working days to arrive. Once the order has been taken to the collection point we send you a confirmation email with number to track your parcel.   

How much does the delivery cost?

UK:

1 small bottle – £2.85

1 large bottle - £3.85

1 large AND 1 small bottle - £3.85

Up to 3 small bottles - £3.85

2-3 large bottles - £5.50

4 large or 6 small bottles - £6.85

5 large or 9 small bottles - £7.85

6 large bottles - £9.85

What happens if the ordered item does not arrive?

If your parcel has not arrived to you within a reasonable time from when it was shipped, please use the tracking number provided to confirm the status of your parcel.

Could I place an order to be shipped abroad?

Should you like to place an order to be shipped abroad please send us a message to collanaverdefarm@gmail.com and we will look for the most reasonably priced reliable delivery service.
