The Collana Verde Wild Herb Salt is made with herbs that have been foraged in and around our farm on the slopes of an extinct volcano in the regional park of Roccamonfina in Campania region, South Italy.
Ingredients: Sea salt (50%), nettle young top leaves, fennel young leaves, flowers and seeds, white goosefoot young leaves and seeds, chicory young leaves, fireweed flowers and young leaves, marjoram flowers, ground elder leaves, burdock young buds, wild carrot flowers, borage flowers and young leaves, sorrel leaves, yarrow leaves, horseradish leaves.
Perfect for seasoning salads, sauces, meat, fish, roasted vegetables, risottos, soups and pasta dishes. Our favourite is with savoury porridge drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
